POST IMPLEMENTATION SOLUTION SERVICES

For lasting solutions, any company that implements an ERP solution needs to assure continuous post implementation supports from the software development company or organization that provides the ERP software. Unisoft™ is highly committed to its clients for the lasting solutions. And Unisoft™ has a dedicated UniERP™ Support Team to provide the post implementation and maintenance supports that may be required by the customers at any time after the handover of the system. Prior to handover of the UniERP™ systems, a service level agreement (SLA) is executed between the customer and Unisoft™.

    The service level agreement (SLA) for the post implementation and maintenance supports may include:
  • Troubleshooting related to UniERP™ software and business processes
  • Fixing of issues related to security, performance, virus attack or anything related to UniERP™ software
  • Configuration, re-configuration or enhancements required by any business unit or process

  • Customization of any sub-system or sub-systems
  • Software administration and fine tuning
  • Database administration and monitoring
  • Any other problem(s) associated with the software and database
