Unisoft™ provides training for three major areas that address the needs of the customers, staffs, managements and the shareholders:
Once the “To-Be” business processes are designed, Unisoft™ assesses the impacted business areas that may require training and identifies the level of training required by each business units to make aware and understand of the new business processes. Then the training materials are developed and scheduled and communicated following the change management communication plan. And the necessary training is provided following the training plan and schedule. This way, all the departments that are impacted by the changes are trained beforehand to handle the reengineered processes.
Even though the UniERP™ user interfaces are very user friendly and need very little introduction or training, end-users of all departments are trained as the systems get rolled out to each department.
Although Unisoft™ has a dedicated UniERP™ Support Team to provide support to customers at all times, Unisoft™ provides enough training to customers before the handover of the systems so that the customer’s IT can ensure the operations and running of the UniERP™ at all times and can monitor the systems to effectively communicate with the UniERP™ Support Team for any resolution that may be required.
