USL CRMS – Collection & Recovery Management Solution
Collection & Recovery management solution is the core module for collection teams, who are engage in collect and follow up overdue loans and card payments. Through this system users can allocate cases between multiple dealers or agents, daily followup, PTP follow-up, visit summery, call summery and many other actions are also recorded. Different reports can be generated and the system will be able to store and retrieve system generated documents and other imported documents or records. System data will be usable for KPI, ESAU Rating management of dealers, supervisors, agencies and other users. This application will have interfaces with different key systems like CBS, Card, and Call Centre Systems.
