And Unisoft™ has a dedicated UniERP™ Support Team to provide the post implementation and maintenance supports that may be required by the customers at any time after the handover of the system. Prior to handover of the UniERP™ systems, a service level agreement (SLA) is executed between the customer and Unisoft™.
